Response Theatre Company came to life in 2022 with the discovery and careful development of Response: Movement Method, a new practice built on a foundation of integrating Meisner acting exercises with physical movement.

 

This method highlights the importance of presence in one's work, deeming is crucial in the act of embracing a state of aliveness that is ultimately necessary when curating a body of art that will resonate with one's audience. In order to connect with your audience on a deeply intimate level, one must first dare to meet themselves there, surrendering all to make it possible for the audience to see themselves through you.

 

This method has been developed over two years of extensive ground research in the form of many week-long research and development workshops, each one leading to new discoveries.
